Setup Self-Signed Digital Certificate in Office 2016 Applications

The Digital Certificate for VBA Projects is now able to throughout Program Files > Microsoft Office > root > Office16.

Double click the project 2010 standard file, enter a reputation for the Digital Certificate then click OK.

Launch the Office applications you want to make use of the digital certificate in. For this article, I will use Excel. The first thing you will have to do is enable the Developer tab. Click File > Options > Customize Ribbon > look into the box Developer then click OK.

Choose the Developer tab then click on the cheap office 2010 professional plus Security button within the Code group, choose the Enable all Macros radio box then click OK.

Inside the Code group, click Visual Basic. The Visual Basic for Applications component will be launched. Click Tools then click Digital Signature.

Click Choose, the recently created digital certificate will be provided. Click OK start in order to save your project.

I noted earlier; Microsoft has made security changes to how cheap office 2016 professional plus work in Office applications through the years. Saving your Macro's are not allowed in a standard workbook or document.

Instead, users must correctly choose Macro-Enabled as the file type when saving.
